FREE
Upgrade Period for 90 Days
When
you purchase a new Mech-Q software product, the
purchase price includes FREE lifetime technical
support as well as free Mech-Q upgrades for 90 days
from date of purchase.
The
90 day free upgrade period includes upgrades
from one Mech-Q AutoCAD or
IntelliCAD version to another, however it excludes
upgrades from one Mech-Q AutoCAD LT
version to another (Eg:
Mech-Q for AutoCAD LT 2008 to Mech-Q for AutoCAD LT
2011).

Mech-Q
Service & Maintenance Contract (MQ-SMC)
(or Subscription)
In
addition to the free upgrade period for 90 days, we
also offer a Mech-Q Service & Maintenance
Contract which may be purchased for extended
periods of 12 months, 24 months or 36 months.
The
purchase of the subscription is optional - however, if
you regularly upgrade your AutoCAD version to the
latest version, we strongly recommend that you also
purchase the MQ-SMC. If you do not have a current MQ-SMC
and upgrade for Mech-Q would required when you
change your AutoCAD version.
The
MQ-SMC will entitle you to:

Upgrades from one Mech-Q product version to a newer
product version (Eg:
Mech-Q v3.27 to Mech-Q v3.30...)

Upgrades from one Mech-Q CAD version to a newer Mech-Q
CAD version (Eg:
Mech-Q for AutoCAD 2008 to Mech-Q for AutoCAD 2012)

| The
cost of the Mech-Q Service & Maintenance Contract is
calculated as a percentage (%) of the normal
price of the
Mech-Q software product purchased. The chart below
shows how the cost percentages are worked out for
different contract periods and CAD versions: |

1. The above percentages apply to the normal
price
of the Mech-Q software
products as published at the time of purchase.
2. If your most recent Mech-Q
software license purchase occurred more than 60 days
ago and a newer Mech-Q product version has been
released since your most recent purchase - you must first
purchase an upgrade
to the
latest Mech-Q product version BEFORE
you can apply for a Mech-Q Service & Maintenance
Contract
3. If you hold multiple
Mech-Q software licenses, the Mech-Q Service &
Maintenance Contract MUST be
purchased for all licenses held. The following
discounts apply to multiple license holders:
- 2-4 licenses: 10% discount
- 5-14 licenses: 15% discount
- 15+ licenses: 20% discount

license or Unlimited Floating Network
